妈妈们,最炎热的夏天到来了。很多妈妈都是新手,不知道夏天该为宝宝们做哪些准备,能让宝宝更健康的度过这个炎热的季节呢?
我们这边给出一些小提示:

1.温度

因为宝宝的身体虚弱,所以夏天对温度的要求很高,室内温度必须控制在25℃~28℃。如宝宝需要进入睡眠时期,盖一条薄被就可以。保持空气新鲜,每小时开窗通风10分钟,尽量避免在高温天气出门。为保宝宝有足够的营养,多摄取水分和新鲜瓜果。如有特殊情况需要带宝宝出门,切记让宝宝避开阳光,及时补充水分以免被晒伤。

2.饮食

夏季天气炎热,饮食应以清淡为主,不易食用一些高热量食品加重肠胃负担,也不能禁食。因夏季炎热,可能导致宝宝没有胃口,妈妈应及时给孩子补充水分。如孩子出现精神差,哭的时候没有泪水,尿也比较少,手足发凉,应及时送医院治疗。因宝宝的肠胃比较脆弱,夏季比较容易腹泻。妈妈们应注意勤清洗和消毒宝宝的奶瓶,给宝宝食用的东西不能放置超过半小时。

3.皮肤问题

夏季最常见的就是宝宝长痱子,长湿疹,被蚊虫叮咬等皮肤问题。
下面我们就给出几个建议,关于痱子,湿疹这类问题。妈妈们应勤给宝宝洗温水澡,保持皮肤干燥清洁,洗澡后使用痱子粉。在食用上面,少吃海鲜类,但洗澡的次数不易过多。关于蚊虫叮咬问题,妈妈们就要注意家里卫生情况,如家里有积水,门窗等没有关好,就容易导致蚊虫叮咬宝宝细腻的皮肤。我们建议妈妈们提前做好准备工作,使用防蚊液驱虫。在宝宝睡觉区域使用蚊帐或者驱蚊灯保证宝宝不会被蚊虫叮咬。如果宝宝已经被蚊虫叮咬,及时使用止痒药膏或去医院寻求医生帮助。

3.Skin

Summer always cause some skin allergies. Parents need to focus on baby shower and keep the room clean, to protect baby leave those skin problems.
